Water Access Properties:
Travel to and from the property from Georgian Bay Marina in Parry Sound: 120/hour
Labour rate while working at water access property: 45/hour
Land Rates:
Labour for housekeeping and gardening- 50/hour
Labour for errands- 30/hour
All rates are subject to HST and invoices are due upon receipt. Overdue invoices are charged 2% per month on outstanding balances.
